1.1. ALICI, satın aldığı ürün/hizmeti teslim aldığı tarihten itibaren 14 (ondört) gün içinde herhangi bir gerekçe göstermeksizin ve cezai şart ödemeksizin cayma hakkına sahiptir.

1.2. Cayma hakkının kullanılması için, ürün/hizmetin kullanılmamış, ambalajının açılmamış ve iade edilme koşullarına uygun olarak SATICI'ya iade edilmesi gerekmektedir.

1.3. İade edilen ürün/hizmetin, kullanım izleri taşıması veya ambalajının hasar görmüş olması durumunda, SATICI iade talebini reddetme hakkına sahiptir.

2. İade Prosedürü

2.1. ALICI, cayma hakkını kullanmak istediği durumda, SATICI'ya yazılı olarak (e-posta veya posta yoluyla) bildirimde bulunmalıdır. Bildirimde ürün/hizmetin fatura numarası, teslimat tarihi ve ALICI'nın iletişim bilgileri yer almalıdır.

2.2. SATICI, ALICI'nın iade talebini aldıktan sonra, gerekli incelemeleri yapar ve iade koşullarına uygunluğunu değerlendirir.

2.3. İade talebi uygun bulunduğu takdirde, SATICI en geç 14 gün içinde ALICI'ya iade edilen ürün/hizmetin bedelini, ALICI'nın ödeme yöntemine uygun olarak iade eder.

3. İade Edilemeyecek Ürünler/Hizmetler

3.1. ALICI tarafından kullanılan, ambalajı açılan veya iade koşullarına uymayan ürünler/hizmetler iade alınmaz.

3.2. Hijyen açısından iade edilemeyen ürünler/hizmetler (örneğin sağlık ürünleri, kozmetik ürünler, hijyen malzemeleri vb.) iade alınmaz.

4. Garanti Kapsamındaki Ürünler

4.1. Garanti belgesi ile satılan ürünlerin arızalı olması durumunda, ALICI'nın garanti koşulları içinde hareket etmesi sağlanır. Garanti süresi ve koşulları ürünle birlikte verilen belgelerde detaylı olarak belirtilmiştir.

5.1. İade işlemleri için ALICI, ürün/hizmeti SATICI'nın aşağıdaki adresine göndermelidir:
